What this is

pidgeapp.com is a waitlist for Pidge, an app that has not launched yet. Joining it means we will email you when it does. It is not an account, it does not reserve you a place, and it does not entitle you to access.

Not affiliated with the University

Pidge is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the University of Cambridge, any Cambridge college, or any student union or society. We require a @cam.ac.uk address to check that users are members of the University; that is the extent of the connection.

College names are used descriptively so you can tell us where you study. We do not use any college’s arms, crest, logo or branding.

Who can join

You need a current @cam.ac.uk email address and must be 18 or over. Pidge is an over-18s service. Do not join on someone else’s behalf or with an address that is not yours.

What we ask of you

• Give us your own Cambridge email address and your real college.
• Do not submit signups automatically, in bulk, or for anyone but yourself.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload this site.

We may remove any signup that appears to breach the above.

No promises about launch

We do not guarantee that Pidge will launch, when it will launch, or that it will be available to you if it does. We may abandon the project, in which case we will delete the waitlist. Nothing here forms a contract to supply you with anything.

Leaving

Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. That deletes your record entirely. See the privacy notice.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this waitlist.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
